Bike Decorating Contest - July 3, 2011

There was a block party on July 3rd for an early 4th of July celebration. We had lots of fun!! I entered the bike decorating contest....Check me out as I rode through the path for everyone to judge my bike.

Drum roll.....the winner for girls age 5 and younger = Malia! Hey that's me :)

I won! Yay! I won a pink bouncy ball, purple wand with bubbles and a pink pail & shovel for the beach! So cool...

Woah! It's been awhile

Hi all... I just got a camera/video camera for Christmas. I am going to post things I record on a daily basis (yeah right... only if Moma or Dada will help me out).

Here's what I have for today...

This is a picture of my new baby sister, Macy (just like the store). She's sleeping, which is something she does a lot.

The video below is of my Mama and my sister. My Mama spends a lot of time with Macy. At first I was a little jealous but now I understand that Macy needs a lot of attention... because she's new and doesn't know how to do things for herself.

Malia's 1st Haircut

I got my 1st haircut today, 11/7/09. Well, not a full on haircut, but a bang trim. Mama didn't want a blunt cut so she asked Mimi, Mama's hairstylist to cut some of my bangs in a sweeping way. Mimi said I did very well. I sat still the whole time and didn't cry. Mama and Dada were proud of me. I love my bang trim. Dada took a few pics of me getting my bangs trimmed. Check them out:

Feed Self!

Malia's been saying "Feed Self" these days. So we've been handing her her spoon and she's been feeding herself rice and today a pinto bean. What a cute milestone. Check out the video...we especially love the ending!

New Hairdo (28AUG09)

Wow! Look at that hairdo.....amazing! A little wild and not a style you would wear everyday, but definitely a style that stands out. Whoever did my hair should be a hairstylist for a living or a side job....besides who said straight guys can't style hair?......

StopOver to Santa Barbara - 19-20AUG09

On our way home after our trip to San Diego, we decided to stopover in Santa Barbara. We left San Diego around 9am on Wednesday, 19AUG09 and stopped off at the Camarillo Outlets so Mama could go shopping. Mama bought a few items for herself and bought me-Mei Mei some clothes and shoes too. We had a fun time shopping and ate a light lunch at the outlets. We arrived at our hotel (Ramada)in Santa Barbara at about 6pm. We ate dinner at Palapa's a Mexican restaurant, which was ok and if you go to Dada's blog dannysaiz.blogspot.com he will tell you all about the Margarita he had.

We decided to stay in Santa Barbara so Dada could golf at Sandpiper. An early birthday gift from Mama. Sorry no pics. I think Dada will post some on his blog. Dada had a fun time at Sandpiper. Mama and I had breakfast at the hotel, which offered a free continental breakfast...yummy belgium waffles.

We then walked around the grounds of the hotel and saw duckies and turtles. Sorry no pics...Mama forgot to bring the camera. Then we hung out in the hotel room and watched t.v. while we waited for Dada to come back from his golf outting. I got a little bored and started to entertain myself....check me out:
